FAQ´s

1. Who is The Travel Club Network®?

The Travel Club Network® is one of the leading Travel consolidators in the U.S. offering low fares on international and domestic travel. Our state-of- the-art, yet simple to use, booking engine allows you access to over 15 million fares anytime. We specialize in filling vacancies for partner airlines, hotels, rental car agencies and cruise lines. We strive to connect customers with service providers, activities, and accommodations that fit the client’s dreams.

With the launch of our state-of-the-art fully-interactive website, we began to provide hundreds of professional agents who work around the clock providing a “high touch” relationship with our clients. This allows us to offer what the online travel industry has long forgotten, which is the personal “high touch” experience you received when you walked into a traditional travel agency excited to plan a great vacation. Sitting down with a friendly travel agent, looking at travel books, pictures and videos of beautiful and exotic destinations you’ve always wanted to visit. Utilizing state-of-the-art internet technology, we have brought the traditional travel agency to the 21st century. Our “Virtual Vacations” provide clients with an on-line experience not available on any other travel website world-wide!

Our prices are highly competitive in the travel market because of our ability to fill vacancies left by traditional marketing. The world’s largest and most respected hotels and cruise lines strive diligently to maintain a 75% yearly occupancy rate. Outside of special events such as conventions, festivals and major holidays, much of the travel industry’s inventory goes unused, while their expenses remain relatively the same. For this reason, hotels and cruise lines are willing to sell their un-used inventory in bulk to us. This allows us to provide our Members with vacations that are 80-90% below retail value.

2. How are you able to offer these amazing specials?

Hotels, airlines, cruise lines, travel companies, and other establishments contract with The Travel Club Network® in order to provide these amazing specials. They offer these specials to get people to use their services and see what they have to offer. This builds brand loyalty.

For example: Hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends, so they contract with certain travel promotion companies, like us, to fill those vacancies. When hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money, and it’s a waste of a good room. The hotel hopes that you’ll eat in their restaurants, spend money at their in-house shops and casinos, and take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). And when you leave, after having had a great time, they hope that you’ll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends. This builds brand loyalty.

3. What types of hotels are offered?

The Travel Club Network® offers accommodations with quality hotels that range from 3-5 stars such as Hyatt, Westin, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Quality Inn, Marriott, Wyndham and Sheraton. The hotels are booked in and around the main tourist areas of the destination. The offer is based on availability, so the hotel the person receives depends upon which hotel is available for the travel dates chosen.
